Tenant Find Service
We Provide:- Free property valuation & photos taken, Comprehensive marketing & advertising, To let board, Accompanied viewings, Tenancy agreement created & signed, Tenant credit check, Tenant referencing/Student parent guarantor forms, Collection of initial rent & deposit, Transfer of utilities & council tax, Property inventory, Set up monthly standing order for all future rent payments
Option 2)
Full Property Management
We Provide:- All the above as well as collecting the rent on your behalf & transfer into your bank account, administer the bond with a recognised government account, handle any day to day issues that may arise, deal with tradesmen & repairs on your behalf (subject to your approval), organise a CP12 (by a Gas Safe registered gas engineer) whenever it needs renewing, visit the property at regular pre-determined intervals & deal with tenant hand out at the end of the tenancy.
